 By accepting this card, the cardholder agrees to the Terms of Use and conditions printed below for Jimmy's VIP program. This card and any rewards that may be accumulated have no cash value. Program applies to DINE-IN ONLY (cannot be applied to Carry-Out or Catering). Membership and reward offers are nontransferable and only applicable by the cardholder to the cardholder, with one exception listed below. VIP card is valid for 12 consecutive months and expires 1 year after original date of purchase. No photocopies or printouts will be accepted. Automatic membershiop renewals of 1, 2, and 3 years are available at enrollment. If you enroll in person, you will receive a card immediately and be eligible to receive one (1) free order of Szechwan Dumpling (valid only on the day of sign up). If you mail in your enrollment form, please allow 10-14 days to receive your card. You will also receive a complimentary dumpling card to use at any time. Afterwards, cardholder is entitled to an additional (1) Free order ofSzechwan Dumpling (lunch or dinner) each month for 12 consecutive months. If the member joins 14 days prior to the end of the month, the first month to qualify for the Szechwan Dumpling offer is the following month. Otherwise, the first month begins in the same month when signing up. Purchase(s) necessary to qualify for "Free Szechwan Dumpling" offer. The cardholder is also entitled to 10% off when paying for groups of 10 or more. The cardholder can either 1) Pay the entire bill or 2) Pay his portion only to receive the 10% discount. The cardholder cannot apply his 10% discount to other party members when paying separately?Free Szechwan Dumpling offer can be used for cardholder only in conjunction with 10% off 10 or more discount. Lastly, Jimmy Jeng will host a FREE Annual Dinner Party for VIP Club members only. A raffle will be drawn to determine the 100 lucky members who are invited to this event. Drawings will be held in December and the Dinner Party will be held on the third Sunday of following January. The drawing will be held in December 2009 and first party will be on January 24, 2010.
